We desire that new life spread beyond our small town to the world. God equips every believer with a spiritual gifting. He calls us to use these giftings for His glory and for the fulfillment of the great commission. Ways to Serve

Sunday Service
Greeter, Usher or Scripture Reading

Every Sunday, our greeters welcome people as they arrive at church, our ushers distribute and collect prayer cards during the service, and one member reads the week's scripture for the sermon.

Music & Tech
Play on worship team or assist with audio, lights, and slides for the service

We are always in need of skilled musicians who can serve on our worship team! If sound and lighting is your gifting, or you would love to learn, our back of house techs would love grow their team.

Facilities
Set up and tear down each Sunday

We are currently a church without a permanent home! This means that every week, we need volunteers to help set up for kids church and the service, as well as tear down afterward. The more volunteers we have, the less work there is for everyone each month!

Kids Church
Care for and teach kids during the service

Our team of children's ministry volunteers provide care for infants and toddlers, as well as teach weekly lessons, helping kids grow in their personal walk with Jesus.

Cultivate Youth Group
Disciple Stayton youth

Youth leaders at Cultivate share the love of Jesus with Stayton youth through ongoing discipleship. Youth leaders help students grow in their understanding of God, His Word, and what it looks like to walk with Him through life!

Small Group Leadership
Lead or host a small group or Bible study

Leaders guide, facilitate, and support their small groups as they do life together on mission with Jesus. If you are interested in becoming a leader or want to learn more about our 3 Step Leadership Pathway, let us know.

Security Team
Monitor church entrance and manage incidents

Our church is protected by our security team whose job it is to monitor the main entrance, control access, and manage any incidents during the service.
